Packages includes the following:
  • 4 Nights - Single or shared accommodation. (Pricing below). ​Arriving on Thursday afternoon, departing on Monday morning
  • We have secured rooms in two hotels, a short distance from each other. They are simply furnished. Some private and some shared. All have a private bathroom. Some have kitchenettes. If you require a kitchenette for dietary reasons, please let us know.  You will find more information on the rooms below.
  • All inclusive 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    • Most dietary requirements can be met.
    • If painting off site, a bagged lunch will be available.
  •  Wireless Internet access. Cell phone reception.
  • First come, first served.

There is a medical clinic, pharmacy and grocery store for necessities on the island. But Alert Bay is a village and may not have the same level of items that you would find in a larger city.
There are no nearby Art Supply stores so be sure to bring everything that you will need. 


Payment and Cancellation Policy:
  • If you register for a shared room and do not have a designated roommate, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. If we are unable to find a roommate one-month prior to the retreat, single room rates will apply.
  • Deposit of $500 per person required upon registration
  • Full Payment must be received no later than August 31, 2026
  • Cancellation before July 31, 2026 – Full Refund minus $50.00 service fee 
  • Cancellation after July 31, 2026 - No Refund will be provided but registration may be transferred to another person.
