Packages includes the following:
  • 4 Nights - Single or shared accommodation. (Pricing below)
    • Arriving on Monday afternoon, departing on Friday morning
  • Rooms are nestled in attractive forested areas surrounding the main building. They are rustic and simply furnished with two or more beds, a TV and a private bathroom. 
  • All inclusive 3 meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    • Coffee, tea and other refreshments are available throughout the day.
    • Most dietary requirements can be met.
    • If painting off site, a bagged lunch will be available.
  • Full use of the facility, including hot tub, gym and seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
  • Wireless Internet access on most of the property. Cell phone reception is variable.

Accomodation Options

Forest View Rooms - Shared
$1,225 (per person per package)

​Forest View Rooms are nestled in attractive forested areas of The Haven property. They have two to three beds in the same room, and a private bathroom. Most rooms have a small fridge.​

Ocean View - Shared
$1,395 (per person per package)

 Ocean View Studios or Suites  offer spacious, well-equipped and comfortable accommodation looking out over the beach and waters of Taylor Bay. There is a kitchenette and private bathroom. Most of the Studio rooms have an oceanview deck.​

​Forest View - Private
​$1,425 ​(per person per package)

Basic Forest View Rooms are simply furnished and comfortable. They have two singles or one double bed, and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a small fridge.​​
Accommodations are rustic and simply furnished, but clean and comfortable.

There are no nearby Art Supply stores so be sure to bring everything that you will need. 

There is a medical clinic and stores for necessities on the island.


Payment and Cancellation Policy:
  • If you register for a shared room and do not have a designated roommate, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. If we are unable to find a roommate one-month prior to the retreat, single room rates will apply.
  • Deposit of $450 per person required upon registration
  • Full Payment must be received no later than August 15, 2025
  • Cancellation before July 1, 2025 – Full Refund minus $50.00 service fee 
  • Cancellation after July 1, 2025 - No Refund will be provided but registration may be transferred to another person.
